Hey mayhem,

I really like the look of the new forums, but I must admit that I preferred the old system of having one big forum. It's so fragmented now that it takes ages to browse through all of them looking for something that may be of interest, and as a result I often don't bother... :? IMHO 1-3 forums would be about the right number for the level of traffic that linuxathome.net usually sees.

I sort of agree.. I will be reducing the number by a few.... mainly the kernel section will become a since thread etc.

But the main Idea is the site is built to grow and I would prefer it to be a bit larger now than have to re-create sections later and start moving posts etc....

The one thing I really didn't like about it before is that the information was harder to find... now you can find information or post questions in the relevant sections for best results.
