My internode month starts tomorrow, so i'll be getting at least 1 CD of Mandrake 9 and installing it.

Any users have the final release setup yet? Any issues to consider that are new or problamatic?

Will let you know how I get on once it's installed.

I have 9 running and haven't had any trouble with it yet. It's been really sweet, in fact.

BTW, see my offer of CDs here: http://www.linuxathome.net/forum/viewto ... ?p=338#338

Hi guys!

So in your opinion, which is better, Mandrake 9 or RedHat 8 ... I'm thinking for both a server and a desktop environment??

Don't know about the latest versions... but from general experience

Mandrake = Desktop
RedHat = Server

But thats just my personal opinion.
